Juneathon Day 4

Exercise:

1m streak saver! - shattered!!
loads going on with work and friends and babysitting!

Stats so far
Running: 5.31 miles
Wii Fit: 2hr 51 mins
Football: 40 mins
Walking: 1.37 m

Juneathon Day 3

Exercise:

40 min football with kids I was childminding
1.37m walk around poole park in sun
30 min running around parl playing on swings, pushing kids etc
1m run 13min 45

General:

Absolutely shattered today! got in at 8.44am after getting early train from london, kids turned up 5 mins after i walked in door, looked after them till 3, had a shower then worked in pub 4-2am!

Stats so far:

Running: 6.31 miles
Wii Fit: 2hr 51 min
Football: 40 mins
Walking: 1.37 m

Juneathon Day 2

Exercise:

Went to london to do the 10k round canary wharf - you can walk jog or run around the route up to 10 laps! I managed 5 before my torn tendon in ankle was giving me too much jip to ignore.

so 5k in 40min 51sec - although when measuring the route after it appears i managed 5.8 km in 40min 51 sec (5k was taking me 45 mins) so this appears to be a good result.

General:

enjoyed today! got to london and met Kevski from fetcheveryone. He ran the race too and was the first person through 10k in 42 mins!! awesome stuff!! We went to the pub after and had a few pints of london pride - my only drinking for the month :)
Then missed last train so crashed in his spare room and got the half 5am train home from woolwich arsenal to bournemouth on the 3rd! - TIRED!!

Juneathon Day 1

Exercise:

Run/Walk 2.15 miles along bournemouth beach, down one zigzag and up another! :)
took me 32 mins so average of 14:33 pace!
Wii Fit 1hr

General Stuff:

Having not been running in a fair few days (a week!!) its fair to say this hurt a lot!! I had been trying to rest up the torn tendon in right ankle and although it felt a bit better, it wasnt! stopped half way and took bandage off tho which helped as it was creating an arch on my foot and ached more with it on than off!

Dad came with me which was nice! He has his first ever 10k on sunday, I have my second tomorrow! I still have a lot of weight to loose too!

food today wasnt brilliant but will put it down to carb loading for race :)

Childminding this morning for two lovely lads and doing so all of half term - one of those 4 hour time slots that fly by as genuinally having fun! :)
looking forward to loking after them more :)

off to play on wii some more as i can log it on fetch everyone running site as cross training and another quick mile around block before bed i think! :) Will update blog in morning with any extra exercise done in day 1!! :)

Juneathon Pre Day 1

Aim:

to run minimum of a mile every day in less than 15 mins for all of june
to complete one other form of exercise every day in june!

to give up all takeaways and junk food
